We do MEAL PREP pick up every Wednesday & Sunday after 4pm at our Wellness Club (1660 Granville Street, Halifax, NS) . Choose which day you are coming at check out! If you need to arrange an alternative day/time you can let us know in the "Special Requests" box at checkout. Make sure to order your MEAL PREP by MIDNIGHT the day prior to pick-up so that our chefs can have your order ready!
