MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Club Memberships
All of our Club Membership options (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are monthly autopay memberships that require a minimum of 3-months commitment. After the 3-month commitment has passed, there is a 30-day cancellation policy. Your membership contract will be in force for 1 month from your purchase date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either you (the “Member”) or Elite Elements Wellness Co. with notification of 30 days in advance of the next billing date after the 3 month commitment has ended. In simple terms, this means you must make 3 autopay payments before the 30 day cancellation policy is in effect. Silver Memberships include a one-time $50 activation fee upon purchase and Gold Memberships include a one-time $25 activation fee upon purchase.
You will be required to sign an online contract before purchasing any of our Club Memberships where all details of the membership, payments, holds, cancellation info, etc. will be fully explained.
Your Club Membership is able to be put on hold for a max of 2x per calendar year so long as each hold is no longer than 30 days (excluding a hold for pregnancy). Your auto payments will be put on pause during your hold and your payment schedule will be adjusted upon resuming based on the length of your hold.
Prepaid Memberships
All of our Prepaid Membership options are paid up front and start when you come in for your first visit. For example, if you purchase a Prepaid Membership online on Monday but can’t make it to your first class until the following Monday, you won’t lose that week. Prepaid Memberships expire at the end of the given time frame. If for whatever reason you need to put your Prepaid Membership on hold for a period of time (1 hold allowed for a MAX of 30 days while on a prepaid option), then your Prepaid Membership expiration date will just be extended based on the length of your hold.
Punch Passes
Punch passes have no expiration date so can be used at any point after purchase. If for whatever reason you move and know that you will never use your punch passes again and you still have some remaining on your account, they can be gifted/transferred to another member of your choosing.
Recovery Room Bookings
Similar to punch passes, Recovery Room passes never expire and can be used any time after purchase. These passes can also be gifted/transferred to another member of your choosing if you know will not use ones on your account (ie: if you move). This does not apply to any unused Recovery Sessions that were included as part of a Club Membership plan. Recovery Room bookings are single bookings for 1 person only. However, if you are interested in sharing the space with a partner or pal, please reach out to a staff member to assist you with this booking as this is not something that can be done online. Both individuals would have to have active Recovery Room sessions on their account.
Events
Event policies including booking information, attendance capacities, fees, cancellation policies, etc. are event specific. Please be sure to read all info regarding the event before booking or making a purchase.
1 on 1 Training Sessions
Please familiarize yourself with the booking and cancellation policies for 1 on 1 training sessions on our Studio Policy Page as they are different than policies surrounding class bookings. 1 on 1 training session purchases never expire and can be used any time after purchasing.
