We do MEAL PREP pick up OR delivery every Wednesday & Sunday after 4pm. Either pop into our Wellness Club @ 1660 Granville Street to pick up your order after 4pm or request a delivery time between 4-9pm in the "Delivery/Special Request" section at checkout!
We rotate our grains each week. If you have a grain preference for your meals or any dietary restrictions/preferences please let us know in the "Special Request" box at checkout!
