We do MEAL PREP pick up OR delivery every Wednesday & Sunday after 4pm. Either pop into our Wellness Club @ 1660 Granville Street to pick up your order or request a delivery time after 4pm in the "Delivery/Special Request" section at checkout! Make sure to order your MEAL PREP by MIDNIGHT the day prior so that our chefs can have your order ready!
We rotate our grains weekly. If you have a grain preference or any dietary restrictions/requests for your order please let us know in the “Special Requests” box at checkout!
